Allison Ravnholdt
Allison has worked for Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies since somewhere around 17/dickity/7 - well maybe not quite that long, I guess, but no one really knows. They only know that it’s been a very long time and she’s somehow finagled her way into upper management. Matt’s mom, Millie, still asks her to fill out an application. She originally sewed banners, thousands and thousands of banners, for Matt and his parents, Louis and Millie, part time. The company grew and with that, Allison’s responsibilities grew. Taking orders, A/R, A/P, Sales, etc., etc. and eventually she got into inkjet printer installation and service (one of her favorite subjects). She now has the pleasure of continually updating both the catalog and website.

Donna McLaughlin
Donna has worked for Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies since 1996. She is the production manager and spends most of her day sewing custom blank banners and finishing pre-printed banners provided by our customers who still like the look and functionality of a 1” hem to webbing with d-rings to pole pockets.
Donna is an avid reader who oftentimes scurries off to break to read the latest greatest novel or some classic, that she somehow can zip through lickity split…never ceases to amaze me. She likes to cook as well, and uses many herbs and veggies grown in her garden, and let me tell you, we here at Aksarben will help eat anything we can get her to bring in to the shop.
If we put on a little Fleetwood Mac or Santana, she gets in the groove and turns out so many orders it would make your head spin.

Matt Rusek
Matt Rusek is the sole owner of Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies. He started the company with his mom and dad, Millie and Louis Rusek, down in the basement of his parent’s house, in 1988. Matt talked a local screen printer in town to give him a chance to finish some screen printed banners for them. They did give him a chance and Matt hasn’t looked back since. Matt has had the forethought to be able to move the company in the direction of change with the industry. Matt’s a bit of a mystery. He’s always there in the background, watching, wondering and figuring the next best step for Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies. Not many have seen him but, he’s the ultra constant in the company. He’s even been there longer than Allison.

Mike Cunningham
Mike has been at Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies since 2003 and is our warehouse manager. He’s responsible for shipping and receiving, checking in and putting away inventory, as well as processing returns. Mike also does deliveries for Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies.

Renee’ O’Neal
Renee’ has been at Aksarben since 2004, March. That was one of Aksarben’s lucky months. Renee excels in sales; however she is also responsible for overseeing the front end, or office end, of the business. She’s in charge of receivables, payables and customer service. If there is something that absolutely needs to get done, Renee’s the one who can make it happen.
Renee’s family is very important to her. She is more commonly known as Ma-maw. It’s nearly impossible to believe that she is Grandma to 7, most recently a beautiful, bouncing, baby boy, Brody. They are definitely a lucky bunch of kids to have a grandma like Ma-maw.
