Payment Information
Shipping
- Do to trade sanctions and
credit card fraud, we do NOT ship to destinations outside of the
continental United States.
- We use UPS exclusively for
all shipping needs.

- Shipping rates are
calculated based on the actual weight of the products, destination zip
code and type of shipping using the UPS Cost Calculator. A small
$2.50 handling charge is automatically added to the calculated shipping
cost that appears in the Shopping Cart.

SignAndGraphicSupplies.com, customers receive UPS Ground shipping within
the continental United States. Should you need your order sooner, quicker
delivery options are available. If you elect special shipping, the
shipping charge will be based on the size, weight, and shipping
destination of the item. You will be shown the shipping charges before you
submit your final order.
Because UPS does not deliver
to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided for every order

to you via email when we confirmed the shipment of your order.

What is "Expedited
Handling"?

All orders received will shipped the next business day for an
expedite fee. This is pass-thru cost set by and charged to us by the
manufacturer. Whatever type of shipping you choose, is additional.
We Pursue Fraudulent Orders
- Fraudulent orders are
theft and impact us all through generally higher costs. In order to
keep our costs as low as possible, we verify all credit card accounts
prior to shipment.
- If a fraudulent order
makes it past our screening process, our legal representatives will pursue
the perpetrators to the fullest extent of the law.
- To minimize the risk, we
do not ship outside of the United States nor do we accept internationally
issued credit cards.
How Our Exclusive Order Box

Our exclusive Order Box is designed to help you easily locate the spot
to order each product and to simplify the order process.

In most cases there are drop down boxes that you can use to select some
options such as size and/or color. Simply click in the option box
to display the choices, then click on an item in the list to choose it.
Quantities may be increased by typing the number you want in the quantity
box.

Once you make a selection in each of the option boxes, click on the
"Add to your Shopping Cart" button and your order will be
sent to the shopping cart.

If you forget to select one of the options, you will receive a message
indicating that you need to select something.

How the
shopping cart works
Not sure how to begin shopping at
SignAndGraphicSupplies.com,? Just like a physical store,
SignAndGraphicSupplies.com, provides you with a shopping cart. Once you've
decided what product you want, simply choose the color and size in the Order
Box, then click the button marked "Add to Your Shopping Cart" to add that
item to your order. The item will remain in your cart wherever else you
decide to go in the store. You can always remove the item later if you
change your mind. It's that easy!
Check what's in your shopping cart by clicking on
the words "Shopping Cart" on the menu on the left side of the screen . It
provides a product description and price of each item in your cart. It also
lets you see your subtotal. Our cart is so user-friendly, it will even
calculate Iowa state tax and shipping charges for you (non-Iowa residents do
not pay Iowa state sales tax). Your order is not placed until you hit the
"Check Out Now" button and receive a receipt on your screen.
