SignAndGraphicSupplies.com, customers receive UPS Ground shipping within
the continental United States. Should you need your order sooner, quicker
delivery options are available. If you elect special shipping, the
shipping charge will be based on the size, weight, and shipping
destination of the item. You will be shown the shipping charges before you
submit your final order.
Because UPS does not deliver
to P.O. boxes, a street address must be provided for every order
All items are shipped FOB
AKSARBEN Services Inc.'s warehouse. AKSARBEN Services Inc. will follow
CUSTOMER instructions as to method of shipment. Title to items that
CUSTOMER orders passes to CUSTOMER at AKSARBEN Services Inc.'s shipping
dock. All insurance and liability for shipments shall be the
responsibility of CUSTOMER. AKSARBEN Services Inc. is not responsible for
UPS or other carrier errors. AKSARBEN Services Inc. will make reasonable
efforts to assist CUSTOMER to correct errors that CUSTOMER'S carrier might
make. If you are in Alaska, Hawaii or are an International customer we
currently do not ship to you.
Shipments Outside the United States, Hawaii and Alaksa
We currently do not accept orders will billing or shipping addresses outside
of the United States, Hawaii or Alaska.
Components
All items are new with factory, pass-through warranty (see WARRANTIES),
unless otherwise noted. Consult your Item's factory warranty statement for
coverage details. CUSTOMER is responsible for all freight charges.
Payment
At this time, we accept Visa, Mastercard, in our shopping cart. We
have plans to accept checks in upcoming months. In the meantime, if
you have a special payment option need, please contact us at 800-646-6064

All consumables orders must be prepaid unless an account has been
established.
Sales tax
policy
The State of Iowa requires all retailers to charge a 6.5% sales tax on
goods purchased by its residents. We are currently not required to collect
sales tax on orders shipped to residents of other states or businesses
within Iowa with which we have an Iowa tax number on file.
Customer Satisfaction Pledge
Pledge allows CUSTOMER to return items for credit or exchange only within
30 days. CUSTOMER is responsible for all freight charges. Thirty days is
from date of invoice, not when CUSTOMER receives items. CUSTOMER use or
abuse will be deducted out of credit given. Returned items must be
in original packaging and in resalable condition.
Returns & Exchanges
ALL return shipments require a valid AKSARBEN Services Inc. Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to shipment, or they will be
refused. Items for return must be shipped to AKSARBEN Services Inc.,
insured for full value against loss or damage, UPS, FEDEX or other
traceable carrier. We cannot accept COD shipments. Any consumables
materials claimed as defective being returned must be accompanied with a
sample showing defect. RMA numbers are good for 30 days from date of
issuance. Items received with expired RMA numbers will be refused.

Do not write on the box. Use a standard shipping label ONLY. Make sure
that you write the RMA# clearly on the shipping label, NOT ON THE BOX.
Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee may be charged on all items returned for exchange or
credit. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all items returned for
credit or exchange if not in their original packing boxes or if their
original packing boxes have been defaced or written on or if all
accessories and packing materials to the unit are not returned.
Warranties
AKSARBEN Services Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
IMPLIED, FOR ANY PRODUCTS SOLD BY AKSARBEN Services Inc. TO CUSTOMER,
INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT IS LIABILITY ASSUMED FOR ANY
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF A PRODUCT.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied,
including but not limited to the warranties of merchant ability and
fitness for a particular purpose. Province laws may offer other rights in
addition to those above. However, AKSARBEN Services Inc. will pass-through
to CUSTOMER all manufacturers' warranties that are available to AKSARBEN
Services Inc. for up to one year from the date of purchase. CUSTOMER is
responsible for all freight charges. AKSARBEN Services Inc. will not issue
refunds for defective products, but will, during such one year period make
every effort to replace the defective product as soon as possible.
AKSARBEN Services Inc. retains the right, but not the obligation, to
substitute similar products if the returned product is unavailable. The
pass-through warranty obligations of AKSARBEN Services Inc. set forth
herein are contingent upon, and subject to, agreements between AKSARBEN
Services Inc. and its manufacturers, which agreements may change from time
to time without notice to CUSTOMER.
Entire Agreement
The parties agree that this agreement is the complete and exclusive
statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and that this
Agreement supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements
and communication relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
