Coburn Corporation, founded October 1973, now Coburn Graphic Films, Inc., has established itself as the recognized leader in the development and manufacturing of innovative specialty films and associated products. To satisfy the diverse industrial, commercial, and consumer oriented applications and stringent technical criteria, Coburn films are produced in a wide variety of engineering grade polycarbonate, rigid vinyls (PVC) and acrylics. In addition to the primary step base film extrusion, the various converting facets are all performed in-house through Coburn's vertically integrated manufacturing operation.

Vertically integrated manufacturing

Coburn is the only company that manufactures diffraction grade films. Starting with the raw polymer and ending with the finished product, we perform all the production steps in-house-- encompassing some very specialized operations, including metalizing, the application of adhesive, and converting of the finished products.

Having this total capability enables Coburn to build into their films the specific physical properties called for by our customers. It also enables us to maintain higher quality control standards.
