What are your business hours?
Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies is open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST, or by appointment.
Does Aksarben deliver orders?
Yes! Free local deliveries for orders over $150.00 (account must be current and payments approved). Needs to be ordered the day prior by 3:30pm. $10 delivery charge for order under $150.00. Deliveries are available every business day.
What is your shipping information?
Shipping Information: We use standard UPS shipping rates and add a $3.50 handling charge per order. Most orders shipped within 24 hours! Certain orders, because of their size and/or weight, are subject to pick-up only.
What is your warranty policy?
Warranty Information: Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. User is responsible for determining whether product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user’s method of application.
What is your return policy?
Return Policy: All discrepancies must be reported within 10 working days of shipment. All returns must be authorized. A Return Authorization Number will be issued by Aksarben Sign & Graphic Supplies, Inc. for approved returns. A 25% restocking charge may be applicable. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
